From 5-6 hours on the average, the longest hour’s walks will be on crossing Larke-La towards Manang area. Some of the day can be much shorter or longer, depending one fitness, as well enjoying views and visiting nice villages of great cultural interest.

Certainly, although we have mentioned best season for the trek, but sometimes, even in high and best time of the year weather can change suddenly. As the Himalayan weather can be unpredictable sometimes, and if it’s too much snow on the trail to Larke-La Pass. It could lead to long delay and might have to re-route back for safe precautions.

Minimum 2-3 person for this trek, as it falls within restricted region of trekking, as per the rules requires minimum of 2 people.

The larger group of 6 to 10 person group, will be the best for this trekking, to make the adventure more enjoyable.

Yes, it is possible to buy bottled water on route trekking around most village’s stores, shops and in lodge restaurants. But we are against the bottle water due to eco-trekking, and responsible tourism.

Where plastic bottle can be a big problem and a hazard, unless it can be re-cycled for proper us. The best is to refill every night and day from your own water bottle.

Certainly, most villages do have hydro power and some settlements around remote areas, where electricity run by solar power.

All can charge their electronic gadgets on paying a small fee for each items and per hour, the price differs from one villages to another.

Depending upon the size of the group and trip cost, Trekking Planner provides four-wheel drive, good for hilly rough roads.

But in some cases to bring the cost down with minimum number of trekkers in the group like 2 or 3 people. Using coach and bus to Arughat and then in local jeep or similar to Machha-Khola, where trek starts.

Similar same applies on the way back from Dharapani at the end of the trekking.
