Mount Everest is undoubtedly on the bucket list of every climber. Who wouldn't want to conquer the highest mountain on the planet? Yet for the busy modern professional, finding two free months to achieve this life goal can almost feel as difficult as the climb itself. That’s why we launched our 29-day Fast-Track Everest Expedition, to help you reach the top of the world in record time.

Royal nepal Group

Climb like a record-breaker, to the top of the world

Royal Nepal Group’s experience on the world’s highest mountain is unparalleled. Our leaders have set multiple world records on its slopes, including several for climbing at speed. Based on our guides' own approach to summiting the world’s highest mountain, operating at speed, and attaining objectives in double-quick time, our unique Fast-Track Everest expedition enables clients to reach the summit in just 29 days, a full month faster than our standard Everest exped. To ensure that the highest safety standards are maintained, this package is only open to clients who’ve previously summited at least one 8,000m peak.

Our record for climbing at speed has been proven time and again, most notably during Nimsdai’s 2019 Project Possible push. But our industry-leading expertise in the Himalayas isn’t based on speed alone - it’s been accumulated over long years of guiding on these mountains in all conditions. Our handpicked team of guides has chalked up dozens of successful summits of Everest between them. They also have years of experience fixing ropes on the route, as well as working as Icefall Doctors - arguably the most difficult job of all, establishing and maintaining routes through the ever-changing Khumbu Icefall.

Royal Nepal Group’s extensive experience means we are able to operate entirely independently. Rather than relying on others, we control every aspect of the expedition, to ensure that we achieve the highest standards without compromising on safety. Controlling the controllable means we can also ensure that everything is in place before you arrive, enabling you to reach your objective more rapidly.

Our founders’ Nepalese heritage and ability to bridge the gap between Western and Himalayan climbing cultures allows us to run every aspect of our operation smoothly, without fear of misunderstandings. The success of our approach is evident in our guide's own achievements, including his 100 percent success rate on 8,000m climbs.

As well as being highly-skilled mountaineers, our guides have extensive experience of conducting high-altitude rescue operations. We have evacuation plans and accessible helicopter rescue in place for emergencies and we operate a guaranteed 1:1 guide to client ratio on all our expeditions, with four extra guides always on standby, ready to help out at a moment’s notice. No-one can cater for every eventuality in the world’s most extreme environments, but we can guarantee that you will be in the safest possible hands should something unexpected happen.

We don’t see our clients as clients - we see them as friends and fellow high-achievers. People who, like us, have made chasing their dreams a priority, taking time out of their demanding work schedules to do so. We know why you climb, because we feel the same way. That means we’ll make sure no stone is left unturned in our quest to help you achieve those dreams in double-quick time. We know how it feels to stand on top of the world. It’s our dream to be able to share that with you.

Yes. We guarantee a 1:1 guide to client ratio on every expedition, with four additional climbing Sherpas acting as reserves, ready to chip in if needed. This helps ensure the highest safety standards.

We explain our unique approach in detail during the booking phase. However, a key component in our proven method is meticulous planning and the preparation prior to your arrival. Our strong rope fixing team will be on the mountain a month prior to arrival of the clients, in order to establish fixed lines.

Usually climbers are left waiting in basecamp while the route is being fixed, so our clients will only arrive at basecamp after/halfway through the route fixing is complete. This minimises the waiting period for the fixed lines but leaving enough time for adequate acclimatisation rotation.

We can provide full office facilities at basecamp, including Wi-Fi. Satellite phones are also available throughout the expedition for emergency and essential comms.

We advise that you consult your personal GP/physician before your trip and follow any advice from World Health Organization guidelines or local medical authorities.

All communal equipment is included ie. high quality ropes, stoves, tents etc. You are responsible for personal gear and clothing, eg. harness, crampons, helmet, ice axes etc. A full essentials list and advice (if required) will be provided at time of booking.
