A quaint trekking trail, Manaslu Circuit Trekking is at par with the Annapurna Circuit Trek or the trek to Everest region in terms of difficulty, diversity, scenery, and heritage. Join this trek, in a restricted trekking region, to explore the remote areas close to Tibet with full of wilderness, moderate strain, spectacular geography, culturally fascinating areas, challenging pass of Larkya La (5123m) and superb view of the snowy peaks including Annapurna II (7939m), Kang Guru (6981m), Himlung Peak (7,125m), Cheo Peak (6820m), besides the majestic Manaslu Peak. You will just enjoy the adventure here!

The adventure in the un-trampled trail of Manaslu Circuit Trekking begins all the way from Arughat and traverses through the bamboo forests and Gurung settlements along the gorge of Budi Gandaki River. Navigating through several rural settlements of Soti Khola, Almara and Machha Khola, dense forest, past scenic landscape and waterfalls, viewing the snowcapped mountain and encountering the ups and downs of the trail, we reach to Jagat. En route we also stop at the natural hot spring, called Tatopani in a local language. The ascent along the trail continues, as we trek through narrow valleys, small settlements including Gha and Lho, pass the Mani stones and hike to the lateral moraines of the glacier and ancient Gompa to reach a settlement of Samagaon. Through the wide grassy valleys, terraced hills and settlements with unique arrangements, we trek to the settlement of Dharmashala, a stoppage before conquering the challenging Larkya La Pass (5,215m). After enjoying a spectacular view of the towering peaks including Mt. Manaslu, we shall descent through moraines to Bhimphedi and through a small pass, some settlements, terraced fields and cultivations to join the major trail of Annapurna Circuit Trek at the Gurung settlement of Tal. The journey continues to the lower elevations through the settlements of mid-hills such as Bahundanda and Besi Sahar following the down streams of mighty Marshayngdi River. We shall then drive back to Kathmandu and have a full day exploration of the medieval cultural, historical and religious heritages of the buzzing city before concluding the adventure of Manaslu Circuit TrekkingNupri region inhabited by Tibetan immigrants decorated by colorful prayer flags, monasteries and Mani walls, and the cultural diversities mark some of the highlights of this trek.

Manaslu Circuit Trekking is a moderately strenuous trekking experience and thereby needs the trekkers to possess above average fitness level; previous trekking experience is an added advantage. Larkya La Pass is challenging for some experienced trekkers as well. Trekkers should be able to endure an average of 6-7 hours of trekking per day with a light backpack and passion for exploration of remote areas. March to May and September to November is the preferred season for trekking; winter and monsoon season may be dangerous, especially while crossing Larkya La Pass. We bring to you carefully planned itinerary, professional service, and experienced trekking team. Dare to explore the remote areas around Manaslu Peak!

Manaslu Circuit trek is safe regarding AMS, as the height gains slowly and gradually, where you get acclimatized on each overnight stops at certain height. The only time one might feel sick is on crossing over Larke-La Pass, but one can take it slowly with enough short rest, as well having plenty of fluid like water or light tea. Taking Diamox one can get advice from your medical doctor, or start from the beginning of the trek to an end. If you are not sure of one health.
