Booking Conditions and Terms for Royal Nepal Group

Booking Conditions: To confirm your trip with Royal Nepal Group, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at least 45 days prior to your arrival. The remaining balance can be settled at our office upon arrival.

Booking Process: To book your trip, please provide a photocopy of your passport along with a 30% non-refundable deposit per person. Full payment is required before departure. For last-minute bookings made within a week of travel, full payment is required as an advance.

Note: Bank service charges are the client’s responsibility. Payments by credit card incur a 4% processing fee. To pay by credit card, download and complete the Credit Card Payment Form and send it via email or fax.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, refunds are processed as follows:

  • 30 days prior: 90% refund
  • Within 21 days: 80% refund
  • Within 14 days: 70% refund
  • Within 7 days: 60% refund
  • Less than 7 days: 50% refund

Insurance: Clients must have insurance covering accidents, health issues, emergency evacuation, and loss of gear.

Program Changes/Delays: Schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, trail slides, soil erosion, avalanches, or sudden illness. Programs can be customized according to client interests.

Responsible Travel: We adhere to the principle of “Leave only footprints, take only photographs.” We promote sustainable tourism and encourage clients to follow a minimum impact code to preserve nature, respect local culture, and minimize pollution. Clients are urged to set a positive example and advocate for sustainable tourism practices.
